Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake
There’s nothing better than chocolate and peanut butter, especially when they’re combined into a cheesecake! This ultimate tasty cheesecake is made with simple ingredients and comes together within minutes.
What You’ll Need
For the crust:
15 graham cracker sheets
7 tbsp of melted butter
For the cheesecake:
2, 8 oz. blocks cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1, 8 oz. cool whip
splash of milk
vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
In a food processor, pulse graham crackers until a fine crumb is formed
Add melted butter and pulse a few times until crumbs have come together
Press down into a 9” pie pan and up the sides. Chill until cheesecake filling is done
Beat cream cheese and peanut butter together with stand or hand mixer
Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla and mix until smooth consistency
Once well combined, add in container of cool whip and mix until cheesecake is fluffy and forms stiff peaks
Lastly, fold in chocolate chips
Add cheesecake filling to pie pan and let chill for at least 1 hour before serving
Notes:
You can use a premade graham cracker crust to make this recipe even easier!
This cheesecake can be stored in the fridge, covered, for 5-7 days.
Use any chocolate you prefer - milk, semi-sweet, or even dark!
