Easy High Protein Egg Muffins

These egg muffins are made with easy ingredients that come together to give you a quick, high protein breakfast to fuel your day! Super cheesy and nutritious to help you feel your best.

What You’ll Need:

  • 12 eggs

  • 1/2 pound of ground sausage

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • chopped spinach

  • feta cheese

  • cheddar cheese

  • salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Begin by cooking ground sausage until brown and crumbly

  3. In a bowl, add eggs, cooked sausage, chopped spinach, cottage cheese, and seasonings. Mix until combined

  4. Add mixture to a muffin tin

  5. Top half of the mixture with feta cheese and the other half with cheddar

  6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes

  7. Enjoy one now and store the rest in the fridge!
