Easy High Protein Egg Muffins

What You’ll Need:
12 eggs
1/2 pound of ground sausage
1 cup cottage cheese
chopped spinach
feta cheese
cheddar cheese
salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Begin by cooking ground sausage until brown and crumbly
In a bowl, add eggs, cooked sausage, chopped spinach, cottage cheese, and seasonings. Mix until combined
Add mixture to a muffin tin
Top half of the mixture with feta cheese and the other half with cheddar
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
