Easy High Protein Greek Yogurt Cup

This easy Greek yogurt cup comes together in less than 5 minutes, provides you with 20 grams of protein, and is sure to satisfy your sweet craving! It’s layered with berries, granola, and chocolate giving you a nutritious and simple snack.

What You’ll Need

  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt, plain or sweetened

  • 1/2 cup berries, fresh or frozen

  • 1/3 cup granola (my favorite is from Aldi - Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt)

  • 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter

  • 1-2 tbsp of melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, begin layering Greek yogurt and berries

  2. Drizzle the peanut butter over the berries

  3. Add granola

  4. Drizzle melted chocolate over the granola

  5. Place bowl into freezer until chocolate has hardened (5-10 minutes) and ENJOY!
